Terms of Service

Proposals and scope

Every project starts with a one-page proposal that states the scope, the price and the delivery date. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.

Payment

Fifty percent of the fixed price is invoiced at the start and fifty percent at hand-over. Invoices are due within fourteen days.

Ownership

Final deliverables belong to you once the final invoice is paid. We may show the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
